**During the period December to March students from different classes participated in various Inter School Competitions. Some are as follows

• Suhani Duhan and Meetali Verma of class X got IInd Position in Inter School Social Science Quiz Competition organized by S D Adarsh Vidyalaya, Gurugram
• HECS(Heritage Education and Communication Service) organized an all India Poster Making Competition ‘Route to Roots’ from classes VI to IX. Three students participated in this competition.
• Bharat Ram Global School organized an Inter School Story Telling Competition in four different categories. Nandini Alwani of II B got second position in Category 3.

In category 4 our students were First Runners Up for ‘One Act Play’.

• Brain Bee quiz competition on Neuroscience was held at Medanta – The Medicity Hospital in which two of our students participated. The girls reached the semifinals.
• Short Story Telling Project - a library task force activity was organized by BBPS Pitampura in which 16 stories were sent in different categories.

**During the period October to December students from different classes participated in various inter school competitions. Some are as follows

• Road Safety Quiz (School round) was held on 08.11.17 in the premises for classes III to XII. 9 students from various classes qualified for the next level.

• DPS Sushant Lok organized nCrypt IT Symposium-2017 fest under which our students from classes VII to XII participated in various activities like  nCinema, nCreate, eNigma, nQuest, nXpress, nOblivion.
• World Heritage Week was celebrated from 19 Nov to 25 Nov at Humayun Tomb. 9 students from classes V and VI participated in Drawing Competition and 5 students from class VII B took part in Heritage Quiz organized by Archaeological Survey of India. Parth Chandrayan got Ist position in Heritage Quiz.
• GD Pro- Communicate to win was held by Manav Rachna International School. 47 schools from North Zone of India participated in this event. From our school 20 students participated in the event. Three students Suhani Duhan and Mitali from class X and Aakriti from class XI qualified for the finals, which were held on 14^th December 2017.
• Lavanya and Ayush from class IX and X respectively got IInd Position in Science Quiz Competition on 02.12.17 at SDAV Public School, Gurugram.
• Annual Inter School Painting Competition organized by HT Pace was held on 05.12.17 at India Gate Lawns, New Delhi. 4 students from junior and senior category participated in this event.

• Students from BBPS Manesar participated in QUIZ COMPETITION ON ROAD SAFETY held at Govt. School, Kherki Daula. Leading schools from Gurgaon participated in the event organized jointly by Traffic Police (Gurgaon) and the Directorate of Education (Gurgaon). Students (Nalini Dhiman, Jatin Sharma and Shubham Rathore) got second position after clearing two rounds of elimination. Prize distribution ceremony was held on 13 Feb. 2016 at Tau Devi Lal Stadium. The students got a Tablet, school bag, a certificate and a medal each. The school also got runners up trophy.
• Students of classes VII to IX attended the Green Schools Programme Awards’ Ceremony on 23 Feb. 2016 at Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre organized by CSE (Centre for Science and Environment). Out of 550 schools BBPS Manesar got 32nd position under Green School Category.

• Rohan Kevin Broach of Class XII has been selected as a ‘School Representative’ by TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design). The event (TEDx Youth) was hosted by Delhi Public School, R K Puram. As part of the core organizing team Rohan’s job was to select speakers, resolve disputes and address queries.
• Inter School Quiz Competition

• Students from BBPS Manesar participated in ‘RACHNA 2015’ held at BBPS Rohini from 11.08.15 to 13.08.15 The activities were - Juggle the Jingle, COMDESIGN: Designing a comic strip, Tuxing the book, Ikebana, Comic world, Scientific Illusion, Docudrama, Ecomania, Sur-Taal (group song competition).
  Ira Yadav (VIII) and Riya Yadav (VII) got Ist Position in Ikebana.
• Students from class V to X participated in different activities of Inter School Literary Festival held at Amity International School, Sec-46. They participated in वाद विवाद - किशोर न्याय संशोधन बिल बIल अपराधो में कमी लाएगा, कल्पना की रंगीन उड़ान, Online Articolo Scrittura (Online Article Writing) , Novella (On line Story Writing), Sur Le Ligne Essai (Online Essay Writing) , The Quest.
• Three students from class X participated in QUIZ THAILAND 2015 held on 07.08.15 at Sri Sathya Sai International Centre, New Delhi.
• In the ‘CBSE Expression Series’ on Shivram Hari Rajguru, Major Dhyan Chand and Govind Vinayak Karandikar held from 26th to 27th August 2015,
  Two students Tanaya Sherekar (Class V) and Amrit Raj (Class VIII) have got commendation certificates and cash prizes of Rs. 2500 each.
• To pay homage to the great personalities of India for their contribution in their respective fields, the ‘CBSE Expression Series was conducted on 11th – 12th September 2015 on M. Visvesvaraya and M. S. Subbulakshmi’.
• Rakshak Yadav of class VIII has got a commendation certificate and cash prize Rs. 2500 for his article on M. Visvesvaraya.
• As part of Hindi Week Celebration, अंतर विद्यालय रचनात्मक प्रतियोगिता was held in Rabindranath World School, Gurgaon on 17th September 2015. Students took part in the following activities:
  कविता पाठ प्रतियोगिता (M I), फैंसी ड्रेस प्रतियोगिता (M II), हिंदी सामूहिक कविता पाठ प्रतियोगिता (Class I & II)
  Shubhodeep Dutta and Pihoo Pahuja of M-II enacted Dronacharya and Eklavya. They got IInd position in Fancy Dress Competition.
• Ramakrishana Mission organized a QUIZ COMPETITION on the ‘Life and Teachings’of Swami Vivekananda. Two Students Smriti Negi from class X and Anupam Pandey from class VII qualified for level II.
• Students from BBPS Manesar participated in different activities held at Starex International School on 27.11.15.
  • Soumya Vats and Nalini Dhiman from class VII got Ist and IIIrd prize respectively in Elocution.
  • Smriti Negi from class X got IIIrd position in DEBATE COMPETITION on topic ‘Fear is the only key to success’.
• Students from class V to X participated in PAINTING COMPETITION held at India Gate on 01.12.15.. The event was organized by HT Pace.
• Students from BBPS Manesar participated in QUIZ COMPETITION ON ROAD SAFETY organized by Traffic Police, Gurgaon in association with Directorate of Education. Leading schools of Gurgaon participated in the competition. Our school team comprising Nalini Dhiman (VII), Shubham Brijesh Rathore (VIII) and Jatin Sharma (VIII) got the second position after emerging victorious in three rounds of quizzing.
• Students of classes V and VII participated in ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION held on 18th November at National Museum of Natural History.
• World Heritage Week was celebrated from 19th to 25th November. Kashish Gulati got IIIrd position in PAINTING COMPETITION organized by CUCAI.
• Shaswat Srivastava and Subhashree from class IX participated in CBSE REGIONAL LEVEL SCIENCE EXHIBITION and presented their project on Resource Management – Conservation of Bio Diversity in Aravali Hills.
• Anupam Pandey (VIII), Punya Kakkar (VIII), Aditya Balakrishnan (VIII) and Subhashree Balakrishnan (IX) participated in INTACH HERITAGE QUIZ held at G D Goenka Public School on 22nd December 2015.
